Restorative Yoga — gentle, supported poses that release tension and give your nervous system full permission to exhale
Guided Sound Meditation — singing bowls, drum, and chimes woven together in waves of healing sound
Two full hours of stillness, intention, and complete care
This event is for you if you are a mother who gives everything, a caregiver running on fumes, anyone who forgot to rest, or a beginner, a seeker, or a soul in need.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself.
