Trained in the original Joseph Pilates Method, Lee Ann brings expert guidance and serious "good vibes" to a workout designed to strengthen your deep foundation.
The Classical Pilates Mat Class strengthens your core, improves posture, and enhances mobility through intentional movement and breath. Every class follows a structured progression—beginning with foundational stability, building heat and control, and finishing with deep stretching and integration. During this 60-minute class you can expect a blend of strength, flexibility, alignment, and mindful focus. Movements are performed on the mat using your own bodyweight, as the instructor provides clear cues, hands-on corrections (if desired), and personalized modifications so every participant can work safely and effectively. You'll leave feeling centered, lengthened, and strong—with improved body awareness that carries into everyday life.
