
Karen Carter is a certified Life / Mindset Coach focused on supporting women through all phases of menopause. Karen helps clients navigate this transformative season with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. She is a certified PART (Positivity and Relaxation Training) Instructor through the Benson-Henry Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital and an active member of the North American Menopause Society, bringing both evidence-informed training and compassionate guidance to her work.
She offers both one on one coaching, and group coaching sessions; both can be done in person or virtually tailored to each woman’s or group’s unique needs. Clients can book private 1:1 coaching sessions with Karen at WeBreathe on Tu, Wed, Thu evenings from 4-8pm, or on weekends.
