
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
Join us Sunday evenings for a deeply calming experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and gently prepare for the week ahead.
This offering begins with 45 minutes of restorative yoga, using supportive props and long, nourishing holds to soften the body and quiet the nervous system. You’ll then be guided into a sound bath, allowing soothing tones and vibrations to support deep rest, integration, and balance.

No prior yoga or meditation experience needed
